Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and any other intergovernmental agreements do not apply. In contracts for a purpose that cannot be attributed to the professional or commercial activity of the entitled party (consumer contract), this choice of law applies only insofar as the granted protection is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
7.2 With respect to consumers, the jurisdiction is the consumer’s Swiss domicile. In business transactions with merchants, the place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes concerning these terms and individual contracts concluded under their application, including bill and check claims, is agreed to be our business location. In this case, we are also entitled to sue at the (residential) location of the customer.
